About you/ Job Summary
We are looking for a Commercial Desk Lead who will play a central role in delivering our sales operations. This role involves managing a sales desk for renewals, contract extensions and sales administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment, enjoy organisation and precision, and take pride in solving commercial challenges, this role is for you.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Business Development teams, and maintain a strong working relationship with RevOps to ensure adherence to GTM process and data integrity. You’ll create quotations, produce high-quality proposals, maintain pipeline integrity, manage approvals and deadlines, and keep leadership informed with timely insights.

Key Accountabilities
Support the Sales, CS and BD teams
Own and create all quotations and contract documentation across the commercial side of the business, ensuring consistency and accuracy - including renewals, expansion and new logo opportunities.
Produce regular reports and analysis of quotations and commercial activity to support data-driven decisions following GTM reporting standards.
Track and assist with the creation and submission of proposals (for ARR and PS), tenders, and estimates, coordinating inputs and approvals to meet deadlines.
Manage approvals and governance workflows, ensuring pricing, commercial, and contractual sign-offs are completed efficiently.
Assist customers and resellers with product information and sales inquiries
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records and sales data
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service at all times
Maintain pipeline integrity by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness within the CRM.
Support forecasting and GTM performance reporting by ensuring clean, accurate data in systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement with the support of RevOps, process improvements across the revenue lifecycle.
Assist GTM Teams with CRM and sales tool optimisation, supported by the RevOps team, and help train colleagues on best practice, ensuring changes are reflected in the GTM playbook.

Experience and Skills
Our ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:
Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial support within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Confident with data and reporting - able to extract insights, identify gaps, and present information clearly.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable engaging across departments.
Eager to contribute to a fast-moving, scaling environment where processes and systems are continually evolving.
Maintain knowledge of the Clue product and proposition.
